June's featured art exhibit entitled, Images and Poetry Through the Eyes of an Artist, features photography accompanied by original poetry by Florence Robin.
Artist Statement: "When I am taking a photograph, I ask myself what is it that attracts me to this image? The group of photographs represent a softer and quieter time - the giving of one's self to produce useful and loving items. The poetry was there all the time; I just brought it to life. Through my work, I hope the viewer sees and feels what I do, and is able to immerse one's self within it."
